WELCOME TO THE SOMMERSET WOODS HOA WEBSITE
Sommerset Woods is located on the 1400 block of N Broadway in Escondido, California.
We are comprised of a 112 unit townhouse style condominiums within our gated community. We have a pool, spa, fitness room,
children's indoor and outdoor play areas and clubhouse.
The Board of Directors meets every month in the clubhouse. Please check the schedule and agenda,
which will be posted at the clubhouse prior to each meeting. Residents are encouraged to attend these meetings in order to ask
questions and understand what tasks are currently being undertaken. Open discussion and questions from homeowners is scheduled
for the first 15 minutes of each meeting. The current meeting agenda will be posted approximately three days
prior to the meeting. Please check for updates to the meeting schedule as it is subject to change.
We are actively seeking a members volunteer for committee positions. Please attend any board meeting, or
contact management via the contact page or at the address below if you are interested. Remember that this is your community and
your home. Get involved and help out, don't just sit around and complain about living here. That doesn't help anyone, or make
things any better. This community needs some love, so please help out where you can.

The Board of Directors would like to remind everyone to please be sure to keep the pool gates closed at all times and
never block them open. The pool and spa hours are (8:00am - 10:00pm) and the rules are posted in the clubhouse window facing the
pool. Failure to follow the pool and spa rules can result in closure of the pool or spa, or the possibility of individual fines imposed by the
county health department. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool or spa area at any time, and that no
one under the age of 18 is allowed in the pool or spa area without adult supervision at all times. Smoking or vaping is never
allowed, and glass containers of any type are not allowed in the pool or spa area. As a reminder, the pool is not heated and will be
cold in winter through early spring, but will warm up as the weather does. . Please use the pool/spa at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.
